After working for myself in a chair rental setting for most of my career, I made the move to lease a space for Shana’s Transformations inside Sola Salon Studios in August of 2021. This move has been wonderful for me and the large majority of my clients. Cancellation Policy
<THIS CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY IS IN EFFECT TO PROTECT SHANA'S TRANSFORMATIONS AND WILL BE ENFORCED AT MY PROFESSIONAL DISCRETION>
*Clients must contact me 72 hours or more prior to their appointment to avoid a cancellation fee which allows me time to fill that opening as to not lose revenue.
*If a client cancels for any reason, including illness (NO EXCEPTIONS) within the 72 hr. period before their scheduled appointment (after receiving initial confirmation through GlossGenius software) they will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of their scheduled appointment total.
Please do not come in with any symptoms as that puts me at risk of having to take unpaid time off as well as rescheduling those clients on days missed.
*This policy will also be enforced if a client is 15 or more minutes late to their scheduled appointment and Shana's Transformations has to rebook their appointment.
*ALL CLIENTS must have updated credit or debit cards on file and will be charged accordingly to enforce the aforementioned policy.
*By booking an appointment with Shana's Transformations you, the client, are agreeing to the terms stated above.
